Dayna Martin offers free phone mentoring to help others on their own, unique Unschooling Path
What is Radical Unschooling Mentoring?
Mentoring is a tool that used to help nurture, grow and support another's understanding about a certain topic or a specific goal. Protégés observe, question, and explore. Mentors demonstrate, explain and model.
Traditionally, mentoring is described as the activities conducted by a person (the mentor) for another person (the mentee) in order to help that other person with personal growth and development. The mentor is someone who has "been there, done that" and uses their own personal successes and failures as a tool to help another learn through personal experience.
I have worked with families for 8 years being a La Leche League Leader and Attachment Parenting Mentor. I run support groups both online and in person.
I am honored to help support others on their Journey to Radical Unschooling.
I had the recent delight of speaking with Dayna after contacting her for mentoring. As a radical unschooling mom of two children, I was finding the balancing act of daily life somewhat challenging. The conversation was reassuring, encouraging and insightful. Since incorporating Dayna's suggestions into our household there has been more laughter, deeper connections and improved communication.
